Bernie, When you print to file from RBW you lose a lot of control over formatting. I'm not certain that this is the cause of the extra lines at the end of the report, but it's a reasonable bet.
Rather than two reports, can you create a view that has the requisite data to drive one report that prints all three sections? It will probably take less time than tweaking for file output, and gives you more options down the road.
