Hi Phil,

Have you tried a report.

I have dumped large data in fixed positions before using an expression in a
report.

expressions
--------
vt = char(9)
vrecord = (field1 + .vt  + field2 + .vt + field3)

place just the "vrecord" variable in the top left corner of the report

save report

then...

out filename.txt
print filedump
out scr

Reports then to have less problems working with larger data sets.
