This is solicited input, if not perfectly explanatory.  As your message says
that "WASP" is seeking a FILE DSN and you've set up a SYSTEM DSN, I'd
suggest creating another DSN to your RBase DB, that is a FILE DSN.  When you
go into ODBCADMIN (Start|Settings|Control Panel|ODBC) create a new DSN, but
make it a FILE-type rather than a SYSTEM-type ; it should be the 3rd Tab at
the top.  Umm, if this doesn't help, I might not be qualified to assist you
further, but there are probably others who can.
