Hi Dennis, I do not know if this is related but I had a VB form that the users wanted to be able to punch a button and print the screen. All worked well in 98 and NT and it was supposed to work in 2000. To make a long story short I found out that M$ documentation was wrong and to get it to work in 2000 you had to do things differently. It works fine now. Maybe these people fell into the same trap and have not upgraded it.
