Damian,

Using The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5) and higher:

SET OLDLINE OFF

R:BASE 2000 introduces the ability to have presentation objects,
such as lines, cross multiple sections in Reports. This setting
control whether the new vertical line expansion is activated in
reports.

The default is ON which means that lines are processed the same
way as they were in 6.1a and prior. If you set OLDLINE to OFF then
lines will be expanded across report sections.

The current value for OLDLINE is stored in the RBASE.CFG. The
value can be set from the R> or a command prompt using:

SET OLDLINE ON or SET OLDLINE OFF

Enjoy and make sure to have fun!

Very Best Regards,

Razzak.
