DOS 4.5+ & Windows 2000/NT

My company is using DOS Rbase 4.5 + for a custom program. We recently set up a VPN and Cisco pix firewall for access from our remote site using Terminal Server on the Windows 2000 network and are unable to get our screen view in the remote site to full screen.  Does anyone know how to correct this problem ?   Printing is also a problem from the Terminal server.  We previously used PC AW with a Novel Network and this had served us well but we needed to add remote stations and were advised to use the 2000 network.  When this switch was made several months ago our printer stopped working for rbase from our remote site.  After adding the Terminal Server recently the small screen view in Rbase has added to our frustration. Any insight would be helpful !!   Chris
