Sorry, ERD = Entity Relation Diagram, a standard means of graphically representing a relational database.
ERWin is a (great) product, now owned by Computer Associates, that let's you develop and manage ERDs. (Download fully functional eval at http://ca.com/registration/erwin_registration.htm ). It can reverse engineer an ERD from an existing database as long as there is an ODBC driver for the database.
