Below is what I have tried but the second and third columns still do not line up straight. For example, on a given line, if the first column is only 4 letters, then the second column is further to the left than it is on a line where the first column is 10 letters. CHOOSE vtEmpID FROM #VALUES FOR + (LJS(FORMAT(ELNAME,'%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%'),20) + & LJS(FORMAT(EFNAME,'%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%'),15) + & LJS(FORMAT(SPOUSE,'%%%%%%%%%%%'),11)), EMP# + FROM Employee + ORDER BY ELNAME, EFNAME + AT CENTER, CENTER + TITLE 'LastName FirstName Spouse' + LINES 8 If there is something I missed please give example. I did not understand the directions to add FORMATTED to the CHOOSE command.
