Wild guess: do you have a column somewhere called OrdTotal?

>> I did resolve the problem, but have no idea why it was causing
it. I had a computed variable that added the values of (3)
variables, it was entered as such:

OrdTotal = (.VTOTAL + .VFRTCHG + .VMISCHARGE)

I deleted the variable and location and the report would then
accept the column values. I entered the variable back in and
all the columns disappeared! I deleted the column and
entered it back as:

REPTOTAL = (.VTOTAL + .VFRTCHG + .VMISCHARGE)

and everything worked fine! Go figure! I am 99.99% sure that I
changed nothing else. For some reason it did not like the
OrdTotal variable name. I know it sounds weird! In any case
I am up and running! <<
