Disappearing Font 6.5++ win 1.851

My cusomer has a logo that prints on their purchase order. That logo is the STORYBOOK font.   I programmed it in using my computer, but when I went to the customer, it didn't come out the same.  So I looked at their fonts in reports and there was no Storybook font.   Naturally, I did show version and their build is the same as mine.  Their R:base was loaded from a different CD than mine.   Any clues -- how can I transfer this font from my computer to their's?   Bernie Lis Megabytes, Inc.
