You could do the following from the R prompt,

R>set editor c:\rbti\rbwin65\rcode.exe

A better method is to copy all of the components of rcode(rcode.cnt,exe,gid,hlp) from the c:\rbti\rbwin65 directory to your working rbase directory.

In an Rbase.Dat file I include the statements;

Connect Mydatabase
set editor rcode.exe

Then, whenever I start rbase, the editor is automatically set to rcode.

Good luck.

Subject: R:Code Interface

What is the recommended method for calling R:Code from within R:base at the prompt?
Is there a way to have RBE invoke R:Code instead of its own internal editor?
Please advise... Thanks!
