There a re several situations that I can think that could cause this problem: - User still connected in single user (too obvious) - Data base files attributes set to �read only�. Most software that writes to CDs will set this flag to read only; when you back up your files to CD (copy the *.rb_ files) and then copy them back to a hard disk the file attribute will be set to read only (been there, done that) � Possible - Users needs to have network read/write privileges for the files and directory.
