All dates greater than "0002"?  I suspect it's actually all dates > "1902".
If you'd like, I could send you a bitmap that shows the impact of RBase date
settings.  I was involved in Y2K remediations for a Fortune 50 organization
and used RBase to great advantage, as its DATE implementation seemed to be
solid and consistent w/one type of correction, that is "date windowing"
using a pivot-year.  Anyway, it's all in the RBase "SET DATE %" parameters.
