Do this on a column that has more than 20 chars in a single col.

select listof(someCol) from someTable where limit=4   (just a test so limit
the output)

Do This

select listof((someCol)) from someTable where limit=4

The items will be truncated at 20 chars.

it appears that the parens from the view become a part of the actual
structure of the ListOf when it acts on a view.

Why the truncation occurs? Don't know.  Workaround: The Old way, either
output to a .MNU file if you are using it in a choose or to a temp
table.....
