Randy, There's about 30 variables, e.g., Total number of Open Work Orders, Open Purchase Orders, Current value of Inventory, Oldest Work Order, etc.
My Refresh EEP does a bunch of Select COUNT (*) INTO varname..., and SELECT MIN columnname INTO var_date_name FROM tablename ... and then loads them in a summary table which is always displayed on the Main Menu. Not sure where a view would help. **** At 11:29 AM 9/5/02 -0400, you wrote: >Dennis, > > Could you put all the values you are calculating >into a view? >Then they would always be up to date when they are >displayed. > > Randy Peterson > Dennis Fleming IISCO http://www.TheBestCMMS.com Phone: 570 775-7593 Fax: 570 775-9797 ================================================ TO SEE MESSAGE POSTING GUIDELINES: Send a plain text email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] In the message body, put just two words: INTRO rbase-l ================================================ TO UNSUBSCRIBE: send a plain text email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] In the message body, put just two words: UNSUBSCRIBE rbase-l ================================================ TO SEARCH ARCHIVES: http://www.mail-archive.com/rbase-l%40sonetmail.com/
