Did anyone have problems installing the 2002 Conference CD? I'm running Win98 and it kept cycling through the following three InstallShield Wizard steps: Configuring Windows Installer Checking Operating System Version Checking Windows Installer
Usually my computer would eventually lockup, but twice I got this message: This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer package. RBTI support suggested I upgrade Windows Installer on my machine. It was version 1.20.1827.0; I upgraded it through Micrsoft's site and it is now version 2.0.2600.2 But it doesn't help. The same endless cycling.
