Emmitt, I had similar problems but just in the browser on a large table (rows & columns) - no second db - when I first changed to RBWin which disappeared as mysteriously as it had begun.
The only reason that I could find was that there must have been some form of corruption which somehow got worked out with either RELOAD or BACKUP & RESTORE. I suggest that you try RELOADing both DBs first then back them up to files and restore if that hasn't solved it. If you backup you can also try searching the backup file before restoring it for funny characters. I know it's a slim chance but it does sometimes work if you just look for a change in pattern rather than anything specific. Hope this helps, Regards, Alastair. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Emmitt Dove" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, September 18, 2002 7:45 PM Subject: I/O Problems on SCONNECTed database > > I have two databases; for the sake of anonymity we'll call them A and B. > > A is the working database. If I do "EDIT ALL FROM audits WHERE > auddttm >= 091802" I get the same error. There are exactly two rows that > meet the specification and they are the last two in the table.
