As Alastair recommended, I changed the lines per page on
my DOS report from 59 to 0.  Reprinted the report and there
are no problems.  Changing the lines to 59 immediately causes 
lookup and summing problems.  Since there is no other workaround
for this problem, I'll ask my client if they can live without 
page headers because they won't get any with lines set to 0.  
Of course, this means that any of her DOS reports with a break 
could exhibit the same problem...  I will be submitting a 
report to RBTI on this.
