The choose command has a #file option that will give you a list of files. If you need the files in a table so you can do something else with them, try this:
out mydir.txt dir out screen Next use the load command and load the file into a table something like this: R>load table_list from mydir.txt as formatted file_name 1 8, file_ext 12 14 You will have to play around with this depending on your OS and version of R:base, these commands will need to be tweeked a little bit and the file extension might not be quite right.
