They tried with the first high speed OKIData to send directly to the
printer and it didn't help.  That's why they thought the problem was
with the printer and why they got a replacement.  I don't think they've
tried it with the new replacement, though, so I'll suggest they try
it again.

Really?  From what I'd heard previously on this list, I thought that
going to W2K was much riskier than staying in Win98.  They're running
RBDos simultaneously on this database and I think switching to W2K 
would create more problems than it could solve.
