I don't know of any way to do that with the SRPL but you can try this -

Not knowing the width of your field, Mailname, this example assumes it's 40
characters.

UPDATE sights SET mailname = (SGET(mailname,40,4)) WHERE mailname LIKE 'MR.
%'
