Tom - I'll have to correct you here - I do not put anything on the local workstation EXCEPT the shortcut to the application. I've had too many IT departments reformat local drives, swap out local drives, move workstations around, add new users and so on that I got really frustrated with all my tech support calls because R:BASE hadn't been re-installed, or because the RBASE.CFG /INI files had been deleted or weren't on the current workstation. This setup has been especially helpful in a nation-wide distributed Runtime application!
Now, if the user needs ODBC, I'll do a full R:BASE install locally, but otherwise, it's just one install to the server. And I'm involved enough with my clients that I can keep track of their # of licenses vs. number of users.
