Been there, done that. As I indicated, after I exit Rbase and reboot, the
form works flawlessly.

To accurately re-order all fields in a form:

01.     Launch The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++) for Windows

02.     At the Mighty R> Prompt:

        FORM FormName

03.     In Form Designer > Layout > Change Field Order...

        Make sure to click on "Show Text Objects"

04.     Now, re-order or check ALL fields including "TO" Text Objects
        along with column/variable fields accordingly.

05.     Save the changes
