Rarely do I give suggestions on a tech problem but this one comes down to some basics...Time exists so if your system tries to record a NULL therefore it cant be TRUE therefore try recording something other than or testing for a null maybe a timer to record a time that doesnt fall BETWEEN maybe ....anywat just a thought
