There is a known 4.5++ bug with custom messages on constraints. Basically, don't do 
it. If you have any constraints with custom messages, drop the constraints and 
recreate them without messages.  Here is how I would approach the fix:

Copy the database for safety
 
ALTER TABLE POL DROP CONSTRAINT #32
for all the bad ones. 

RELOAD POL2 

ALTER TABLE POL ADD PRIMARY KEY (colName)
