Bernie: I use Outlook 2000 and I do the same thing, i.e. filter files to a separate folder. You can sort by any of the field that you display (you can add or subtract fields) by clicking on the column header for the field that you want to sort by. You can always set it back to chronological order by clicking on the DATE RECEIVED header, every click alternates between ascending and descending sort. You can also search by using the FIND icon on the toolbar or the FIND option on the TOOLS menu, you can search just the headers or the entire message. Let me know if you need additional information.

I have 3,458 emails in that folder, but there is no way to find what I'm looking for fast. Anyone know of a search on subject in outlook? I don't want to click the subject because I want to keep them in chronological order.
