All though this isnt about documentation as I believe that the more information you have at your finger tips the better but
We have a client here that has had an RBase 4.5++ DOS application running very solidly for a number of years and has been very wary for moiving to 6.5++ Windows, that was until he attended the Version 7 training in Sydeny. Now I can't get him off the phone as he wants to move the application up like yesterday. Im sure that more detailed documentation will become available once all the enhancements are in place

The second edition of Inside RBase included some RBWin 5.x commands - I
think that you can buy copies from RBTI as it was originally part of
Microrim assets.
