Subject: Quick Q - RENAME ThisDB.RB? ThatDB.RB?
Just to dbl-chk, since it's been a while since I perceived the need to do
this, if I want to rename an RBase database, is it as simple as :
RENAME ThisDB.RB? ThatDB.RB?
either at R> or DOS> command prompt?
I know that I've encountered some systems that information elsehwere, either
in the files to be renamed or in some sort of "master" data-store, perhaps
f/consistency-checking or security and, if certain parameters, such as
FILENAME don't match, then it won't load.
TIA,
Steve in Memphis
