As technology advances, it becomes more and more necessary to utilize the
Registry options available to us. With this in mind, I HIGHLY recommend
resolving this issue the correct way by installing R:BASE from a recent installer.

However, if you or anyone who is having problems using the Automated Update
would like a special version that does not verify this particular Registry key,
please email me personally at mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] and I will create a
special version and send you the link.
