Go to the DOS prompt in the root directory C:\.
Type ATTRIB *.CFG /S
It will search the entire C: drive for any files ending in .CFG and if any exist, will give you the path to them.

In connecting to the database (I am trying to convert from dos to win and at the same time changing " to ' * to % etc.) I get the above error. What could be causng it?There is no rbase.cfg file in this folder nor is there any in the path. dir *.cfg shows no file found. if I do SET then Save, it asks if I want to overwrite the file. The path it shows to do this in, is the folder that the database resides in. So I cancel, do dir *.cfg and again get no file found. What's going on? Also what is the correct setting for lineend? [Alt][What?] the default comes up with a U and 2 dots above it.
