Yes that works if you want file association to define what application to act on what file is launched!
What I'm trying to do is use a viewer that looks at the dwg file! If I have Autocad installed and do a launch then via file association Autocad will run if loaded not the viewer! I want to be able to run the viewer! (with out using file association) Launch voloview c:\whereeveritmaybelocated\default.dwg This will not work! But is there another way? Try launching just the file. set vfile = "c:\programfiles\volo view express\default.dwg" launch .vfile if the dwg file is registered in windows to use your voloview program it will start it.
