Can anybody please give a list of error messages that do
NOT obey the SET ERROR MESSAGES OFF command?
For example:
#2738 - effectively reports duplicate rows from a
primary key as an error which is fair enough but it seems as if there is a need
to set this off individually - unless I want to sit holding the [Enter] key down
for half-an-hour!
In my case I know that there will be duplicate rows and
I expect R:Base to ignore them - that's why there is a constraint - and I don't
need any error message to tell me. However, I'm sure there could be other cases
when I'd be pleased to know.
