Ajay: I have run into this problem before; make sure that the page size is defined correctly. On the top menu bar select FILE and then Page Setup; open the Paper Size Tab and verify that the paper size is correct. In one of the older releases, when you switched from portrait to landscape the length of the page did not change and hence the footer did not print. Javier,

Try setting auto size off, and enlarging the field so that the text shows in the viewer. this might do the trick. --- Ajay Sanghvi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > I do have the field set to auto size > > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Albert > Berry > Sent: Monday, July 19, 2004 4:05 PM > To: RBG7-L Mailing List > Subject: [RBG7-L] - Re: Report footer > > Ajay, try setting the size of the name field to autosize. > > > > --- Ajay Sanghvi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > I have a report where the sales persons name prints in the report > > footer.
