Ajay:
I have run into this problem before; make sure that the page size is defined
correctly. On the top menu bar select FILE and then Page Setup; open the
Paper Size Tab and verify that the paper size is correct. In one of the
older releases, when you switched from portrait to landscape the length of
the page did not change and hence the footer did not print.

The text does show in the viewer but does not print when sent to the

Hmmm. Try setting auto size off, and enlarging the field so that the
text shows
in the viewer. this might do the trick.
