have a report and a label which print the same information. It is set to a
custom page size of 4” x 1.5# with the top margin set to zero. The
preview window display the information correctly, however when the output is sent
to the printer it does not print anything on the top half inch of the custom
page. I tried to duplicate this report using the label designer and I get the
same result. Please let me know what I am missing. The output is being sent to
a dot matrix printer with tractor feed. I need to be able to print on the top 1/2“
of the page. I
have this information in a test database if anyone would like to test it and
help me. I did not attach the test database to this email because I was not
sure if it was okay to do so. Thanks
