Technically, there is nothing wrong with using SET NULL -0-
prior to any UNLOAD routine. It is a good programming technique.

But, as Larry commented, you don't need it in "modern" R:BASE
when using the unload command for Forms, Reports and Labels,
as all columns are filled in except for the SYS_COMMENT.
