Dan, I have cured the same duplexing problem on my printer by using:
option printer | duplex (and then add either vertical or horizontal based on what you need)
I've not had to print two copies of anything but I just assume there is another "number of copies option" in the long list.

I have a report that I print. I print it to the screen. I go into the printer properties, select duplex and two copies.
When it prints it does not do neither of these. I have my page setup as default for the printer.
I should be able to change the properties and that is how it prints. But it
does not work.
