Well, does this qualify as a DUH moment? It does work perfectly
to the printer! I'm just so used to testing everything to the screen
first that it never occurred to me that it might work only going to the
printer. Thanks a bunch! Client will be happy!

Try the exact same command using the:
OPTION PRINTER +
|PAGE_SETTINGS PAGE_LIST +
|PAGE_LIST_VALUES 3-4
and see what you get?
FYI, PAGE_SETTINGS options are for PRINTER only.
