My view does not include a any variables. I've only seen this problem on one database, and mostly (maybe only) on views based off a single, very large table. It occurs in two different copies of the database -- the production one and my development one. They check out OK with AUTOCHK, and I can browse, project, etc from the table. I can also print reports from the table as well. It's only these views that seem to give me a problem. If I find that I can produce the same problem outside my database, I will be sure to post a reproducible case to RDCC. At this point, there are just too many other possiblities (lookups, network issues, etc) for me to expect RBTI to spend any time on the problem. -- Larry
