I have standardized on doing just what you say. But what I was using the Pause's for was when they are printing labels / multi part forms to a dot matrix printer. I need them to confirm before I print in case they find they don't have enough forms or the printer isn't ready, whatever. Don't want to print to a screen because they would have to remember to switch the printer to the dot matrix, or else someone's gonna get made when it comes out of the default laser instead!

Karen, try just printing to screen. The screen display allows a print, or [Esc] to drop out of the print dialog.
PRINT rptname WHERE ... OPTION SCREEN | WINDOW_STATE MAXIMIZED
