Many thanks for this, David, and apologies for not responding sooner - there was, however, a little matter of an upgrade to process...

This works on a Variable LookUp Listbox in that I can select more than one item but it _appears_ to only return the last selected item to the variable instead of all of them which defeats the object somewhat.

The same applies to a DB LookUp Listbox but, obviously, with the column only receiving the last selected item.

Multiselect does not appear to be documented in the latest properties document so I'm hoping that there is a "MultiReturn" or something equivalent that I can use to capture the values.

Do you, or anyone else, know how to do this?

Regards,
Alastair.

Yes -

PROPERTY listboxname MULTISELECT 'True'

I have NOT tested this on all kinds of list boxes, just the one Mike B. demonstrated at last spring's conference, which was based on a Variable User Defined Listbox. See his files, form Rolodex.

As part of the Choose command there is the option to use CHKBOX to allow more than one item to be checked and returned from the menu.

Is there a similar option on any of the form controls?

Thanks & regards,
Alastair.
