In my case, the view was based on the Customer table, and had the columns CustID and Fullname (a concatenation of Firstname and LastName). Since the Customer table is the second table in the form, it will be able to do a match on the CustID column. Check what common columns you have between the view and the table itself, and make sure they match.

I tried your way but couldn't make the DBEDIT fields to be filled in after the click in the ListBox.
Are there special commands, perhaps an On Click EEP in the ListBox?
Do you have constrains?
