Adding Multiple Databases for the Data Dictionary in R:BASE Editor 7.5

The new stand-alone R:BASE Editor 7.5 (RBEdit) http://www.RBEdit.com,
officially released on Wednesday, June 8, 2005, includes the feature
of listing the data dictionary of any listed database while in RBEdit.

You may add as as many databases as you wish to the list of databases
for Data Dictionary [F3] to be used with RBEdit.

Here's how to add databases to the list:

01. Start R:BASE Editor 7.5

02. Press the [F3] Key for the Data Dictionary

03. Click on the [Add] button at the bottom of the Data Dictionary
    ListBox

04. Browse through the directory and select the database to be added
    to the list.

05. Highlight the database and click on the [Open] button

    Notice the database is now listed in the RBEdit Data Dictionary
    ListBox

    Repeat Steps 02-05 if you wish to add more databases to the list.

06. To view the Data Dictionary of a listed database, simply highlight
    the database listed in the ListBox. Notice the dynamic display of
    the following tabs:

    [Tables], [Columns], [Indexes], [Forms], [Reports] and [Labels]

    Each tab includes related details accordingly.

    The bottom panel will also display the path of the currently
    selected database for Data Dictionary.

07. RBEdit will always maintain the list of added databases.

08. You may remove any database from the list of Data Dictionary by
    highlighting the database and clicking the [Remove] button at
    the bottom of Data Dictionary ListBox.
