$200 for a shifter?  You could buy a whole bike, with nice stuff, for that
back when those shifters were made.  The power of inflation.....

I think it was Pereira who had something like this at the 2008 NAHBS.
It was $200 and super elegant, and I was really tempted. Somehow I let
my prudent side win that one.
