Flickr specific info -
- The photo which was uploaded may have its permissions set to
"friends/family", so even though it is in the group, it may not be visible.

- If you give the link to your own account, it can end up with an "@" in the
url (link). I'm not sure if google groups assumes that is an email
designator, but it may scramble or otherwise obscure the url.  You can get
around that by creating a "personal url" which will be a hard (and
unchangeable) link to your photos.

- As I've said in the SOTL reports, using tinyurl.com or a similar link is a
good way to create a non-breaking url.
