Thanks for the update!!

I am glad to see Rivendell plugging away given the hard times ahead
and behind. I do hope Rivendell cane keep its names--too bad about
Baggins. It was a great name for a line of bike bags.

I hope the new line of bags has a smaller version too.

I really don't care for Yves Gomez as a bike name, even if he is a
jolly fellow. I would rather go with dog breeds or other animal
names. How about Ca mountains or other CA features. I don't know.
Bombadil is a great name and so was Lagolas and Quickbeam. These
names captured the personality of these bikes well, I thought..

I am afraid we might see the end of the Japanese bike before long if
the dollar does not get into shape and the Brooks saddles are getting
seriously expensive. And I need to get one soon.

I am glad I got my Atlantis 64 when I could. Its a beauty and I love
to ride it. If only our weather would get better back here in
Brooklyn or at least let the rains come and wash the salt off the
street. I am loath to ride all of that caustic material about.

Best wishes to all and my there be prosperity and lots of new bike
things.

Regards,
David
