Rob, thanks for info re. the Tektros.  They look like a good deal and
readily available.

On an M-bar, I don't think the thickness would matter much for me... I don't
use the aero "resting on the bodies" position much, and when I do, I'm
holding them sideways so I don't *think *it would matter.

I'm going to try to find a replacement at the funky little shop I know, but
if not, am thinking that the Tektros could work fine.
