Marcus - I wanted the ability to add panniers up front on the hunq, so I swapped out the nitto 32 (I always associate that style rack with Mark, but it was not the "mark's rack") and platrack combo in order to be able to do so. My previous setup was the platrack plus the large saddlebag, on the relatively tall hunq, and it just seemed like a whole lot of weight up high on the bike. It wasn't bad, per se, I just wanted to try something else on the setup.
