Howdy, I just saved a mid-80's Trek 400 from going to the landfill. The frame isn't rideable but the components look good. I have only had it for a day so I haven't looked to closely at it but the rear derailer is a Suntour Cyclone I believe. I was going to salvage what can be salvaged and the rest will be recycled. If you are interested in the dt shifters I can go out to the garage and report back. I am guessing it is friction 6 speed? Maybe some mid- grade Suntour?
