I'm looking for a nice set of panniers that I'd use with Nitto lowriders. My first thought is for waxed canvas, and along the lines of Swift or Carsick. There seem to be a great many good bag makers these days.
I'll mostly use these just for camping, along with a Hoss saddlebag and a medium ShopSack, so they needn't push the upper edge on capaciousness nor push the limit on technical features.
