Dave, It's great to here that Riv is so understanding when dealing with their customers, not very common now days, but it is things like this that make their business special. I would definitely pay for shipping of the frames if I have to changes sizes. In hind sight I should have been a little more clear on my intentions for the bike when I was ordering it, live and learn. I have no preference with regards to 26" vs 700c wheels, I just want the bike to fit properly with larger size tires. I will given Keven a call the first chance I get. Thanks for the information.
